Tax Relief

We will begin accepting exemption applications for FY26 on July 1, 2025. The deadline to apply is April 1, 2026. 

***In order for the exemption to be applied directly to your January and April tax bills, we need to receive all information by November 1, 2025.

Application forms are linked below or can be retrieved directly at the Assessor's Office. 

By law, residents are allowed one exemption per year so apply for the exemption which gives you the greatest benefit. If approved, the Community Preservation Act exemption can be added to any of the other programs.
